Join your neighbors for a tour of the Monetary Museum at the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank and learn the fascinating story of money and the turbulent history of banking in America.

This 1 to 1 1/2  hour tour provides in-depth lessons on the role of the Federal Reserve in the U.S. economy. The museum features a display on the history of money, examples of rare coins and currency, and a view of the bank’s automated vault and cash

processing areas.

Plus we will take a look at the bank’s cash-processing operations, where millions of dollars are counted, sorted, or shredded daily, get a glimpse into the automated vault, and see the robotic transports that do the heavy lifting.

To top off the evening after the tour, we’ll walk over to HENRY’S Midtown Tavern on 10th Street, just one block from the Federal Reserve, for casual cocktails and dinner on the deck!
