Glass Making Workshop

Join your Ansley neighbors for a creative and unusual experience. Glass artist Devan Cole will instruct participants through the steps of creating their own piece of glass art. Working individually with participants in 20 to 30-minute sessions, Devan will offer instruction in dipping, rolling, and blowing techniques and in using the glass furnace.

Brickworks Gallery is located in Virginia Highland, just off the BeltLine. This event is suitable for children 8 years and older. Refreshments will be served, and those who are not participating in the glass making instruction are welcome to attend, watch, and browse the gallery.

Participants will be assigned a time slot one week before the event; please let us know in advance at specialevents@ansleypark.org if there is a time that will not work for you, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
